RETURNS & EXCHANGES

POLICY

At Lazo, returns and exchanges are free! We want to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase and understand that sometimes you may need to make a return or exchange.

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving the order.

CONDITIONS

All return products sent back to us must be in original condition (with hang tags attached, if present) and in original packaging.

We cannot accept any product that has been worn down in any way and reserve the right to not accept returns that are not in line with our return policy. Therefore we ask that when you test (for fit, feel, comfort) your Lazo boots and sneakers for the first time, please refrain from wearing them outside. 

 

REFUNDS

All refunds will be directed to your original method of payment by default. You can choose to receive a refund in the form of store credit which will be issued as a digital gift card. The code associated with your gift card will be emailed to you.

Gift cards do not expire and can be used toward future purchases at any time.

 

EXCHANGES

We provide free exchanges for unworn products within 30 days of the order delivery. The exchange process is designed to ensure a hassle-free experience for you.

 

HOW TO START A RETURN/ EXCHANGE

Simply follow the steps below to return or exchange your order.

  • Start your return here
  • Select your item/s that you want to return or exchange and the return reason
  • Select the option to return or exchange the item/s and submit your return
    • If you choose to return, you can decide to either receive refund to original payment method or to store credit
    • If you choose exchange, a curated set of products will be available for you to choose from for an exchange
  • Print out your prepaid return shipping label or generate the QR code, once you submit return
  • Place item/s in original packaging in a shipping box, affix the return label, and drop it off at the carrier mentioned on the label
  • Alternatively bring the package and show the QR code at any USPS location

Please note, you must use our shipping label with the designated carrier, to ensure the package is returned back safely to us.

 

PROCESSING TIME

It can take our warehouse up to two weeks to receive and process your return or exchange. If you have initiated an exchange, your new item will be sent out to you as soon as the return is processed. We'll be sure to send a notification email as soon as we've issued your refund or shipped out your desired product. We appreciate your patience through this process!
